1. Cancellation Deadline

   • Advertisers may cancel their ad placement up to 14 days before the print deadline (or posting date for digital ads) for a full refund.

2. Late Cancellations

   • Cancellations made within 7–13 days of the deadline will receive a 50% refund.

   • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the deadline are non-refundable, as production and placement costs have already been incurred.

3. Digital Ads & Classifieds

   • Digital-only ads (website listings, social media spotlights, classifieds) may be canceled up to 7 days before publishing for a full refund. After that, they are non-refundable once scheduled.

4. Event Sponsorships & Featured Profiles

   • Cancellations for event-related ads or featured profiles must be made 30 days prior to the event date. After this period, refunds are not available.

5. Rescheduling

   1. Instead of canceling, advertisers may reschedule their ad to the next issue or cycle (one-time courtesy), if requested before the deadline.
